General Information

Gwinnett Online Campus offers online summer school for students in grades 9-12. Students can take courses to get ahead or to make-up a class they previously failed. Course fees are $250 per 0.5 credit. Non-GCPS students pay $275 per course.

Summer School Course Dates: June 1 - June 26

Registration Dates: March 2 - May 22. All students must register through MyPaymentsPlus. Students may not take more than 2 summer school classes unless approved by their school counselor.

All GOC summer school classes, with the exception of Health and PE, must come in-person to the GOC campus located at 713 Hi-Hope Road, Lawrenceville, GA 30043 to complete final exams. In addition, online EOG and EOC courses require a face-to-face assessment testing session at our GOC campus. The testing schedule with the specific times for each course will be posted on our website and on the student’s course home page in June.

Current EOC Courses:

  • Algebra I C&C semester 2
  • Biology semester 2
  • Lit & Comp II semester 2
  • US History semester 2

For more information, please email us at gwinnettonline@gcpsk12.org.

Rising 9th Graders

Rising 9th graders may register for Online Health and Personal Fitness (PE) only. Both classes are required for graduation. Students may choose to take these classes in the summer to make room for electives in their regular schedule.

Gwinnett Online Campus does NOT issue Chromebooks for Summer School. If you do not have a personal device to access your online Summer School classes, please contact your local high school.

Please note, if you are taking an EOC course, you will NEED a GCPS device for testing.
