2024-2025 Registration
Registration is CLOSED for the 2024 Fall Semester.
Registration for second semester through your GCPS ParentVUE account will open on December 2.
Kindergarten students must be the age of 5 on or before September 1st, 2024 in order to attend Kindergarten for the 2024-2025 school year.
If you are a senior registering for the Graduate Gwinnett Program, please visit the Graduate Gwinnett webpage for more information as this requires prior approval into the program, and an in-person registration. DO NOT complete the registration through your ParentVUE account.
There is a possibility of a wait list if GOC reaches enrollment capacity at any time throughout the school year.
If your child is a current or former GCPS student, here are the steps you will need to follow:
- Log into your GCPS ParentVUE account.
- Click on the tab that indicates Gwinnett Online Campus.
- In order to expedite the registration process, you will need to have all documents uploaded prior to submitting your application.
- You will receive an email within 48 hours during the work week once your completed application has been received by our registration office: gocregister@gcpsk12.org
If you have never had a student attend a GCPS school, here are the steps you will need to follow:
- Create a new ParentVUE account HERE.
- In order to expedite the registration process, you will need to upload all required documents listed HERE prior to submitting your application.
- You will receive an email within 48 hours during the work week once your completed application has been received by our registration office: gocregister@gcpsk12.org

Proof of Residency
If you are not the homeowner, the above information will still need to be presented along with the Residency Affidavit attached HERE. All parents must come IN to complete residency affidavits with the homeowner they are living with. Please reach out to our registration inbox to set up an appointment. It MUST be in person. ***These must also be renewed every year before the first day of school.
Eligibility Requirements for Enrollment
Gwinnett Online Campus accepts students grades K-12 who reside within the Gwinnett County Public Schools attendance zone. The student’s custodial parent(s) or guardian(s) must also reside within the GCPS district.
An IEP meeting held after enrollment at Gwinnett Online Campus is required for any student currently receiving special education services. Please click HERE for more detailed information on the process.
